1. In exchange for payment of the cost of a Provincial-Pass subscription and the subscriber’s agreement to comply fully with all the ski area rules and regulations, the Mountain Code of Conduct and the terms and conditions stipulated here, participating ski areas agree to allow the subscriber, as described below, to use the ski lifts and to have access to all unrestricted areas at the site during the winter season.
2. The Provincial-Pass is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated herein. In case of default by the subscriber or any user (in the case of corporate subscriber), the privileges granted will be revoked and the Provincial-Pass will be confiscated immediately without further notice and without refund to the subscriber.
3. Every category of Provincial-Pass (Individual 7, Individual 5, Alternative, Corporate or Corporate Plus) issued remains the property of the Association des stations de ski du Québec.
4. The Individual 7, Individual 5, Alternative and Corporate Provincial-Pass allow its holder to obtain one daily ticket, either daytime or nighttime. However, it is possible for the ticket holder to take advantage of the “relay feature” if you decide to change areas during the same day or visit another area in the evening. Simply take the ticket you received on arrival at the first area, and present it at the second area to get a new lift ticket.
5. Whether you chose the Single, the Double, or the Serie, the Corporate Plus Provincial-Pass allows its holder to obtain one daytime or evening ticket per day and the same for one or more guest(s). The “relay feature” is applicable here too. Simply keep the original ticket you and your guest(s) received on arrival at the first ski area, and present it at the second area to get your new lift ticket.
6. The holder of an Individual 7, Individual 5, Alternative or Corporate Provincial-Pass must purchase a day or evening lift ticket. The holder of a Corporate Plus (Serie, Double or Single) Provincial-Pass must accompany his/her guest(s) to purchase a day or evening lift ticket(s).
7. Every category of Provincial-Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
8. In the event of loss or theft of your card, the skier must notify the Quebec Ski Areas Association (ASSQ) immediately by phoning at 1 877 614-2777. A duplicate card will be issued to the skier upon payment of a $15 (fifteen dollars) non-refundable replacement fee.
9. The individual or company registered on this form must read these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they are aware of them by signing to that effect. In the case of a company, an authorized person must sign this contract to obtain the Provincial-Pass. The signatory is responsible for informing possible users of the Pass of the terms and conditions pertaining to this contract.
10. The day or evening lift ticket remains the property of the ski area and it may not be sold, given away or otherwise disposed of under any circumstances.
11. A skier who has forgotten his/her Individual 7, Individual 5, Alternative, Corporate or Corporate Plus Provincial-Pass will have to purchase a day lift ticket at the regular price to use the ski lifts, and there will be no refund possible to the subscriber.
12. The holder and his/her guests must fasten their day or evening ticket to their ski jackets immediately. Tickets attached to mittens, goggles, poles or any other object will be refused at the ski lifts.
13. The signatory is aware that the ski area has the express right to refuse entry to the ski lifts, as well as to unrestricted areas at the site if that ski area has previously refused to sell him/her a season pass or a day or evening ticket as a result of his/her conduct, attitude, or for any other reason. The Quebec Ski Areas Association assumes no responsibility for such refusals and the signatory will have to settle the dispute him or herself with the particular ski area.
14. The subscriber acknowledges the inherent risks associated with skiing and the use of ski lifts and agrees to assume full responsibility for any injury whatsoever that he/she may sustain or cause to another person and agrees to release and/or indemnify the ski area in this regard.
15. In addition, the subscriber assumes full responsibility for any injury whatsoever resulting from violation of the ski area rules and regulations, the Mountain Code of Conduct and the present terms and conditions and releases and exonerates the Quebec Ski Areas Association and the ski area for any injury related to such actions.
