Ski Passe-Partout

Some ski areas may join during the season

The participating ski areas list apply for both Ski Passe-Partout and La Passe 5X users.

1. Before using your Ski Passe-Partout or La Passe 5X card you must affix your portrait picture at the back of your card. In addition, for your protection, we recommend that you write your name in block letters on the signature strip using a water-proof pen and register your card online at mysnowstore.com under the "Register my Card" tab to obtain your guarantee in the event of loss or theft.

Note that your Ski Passe-Partout or La Passe 5X card will be rejected if you have not attached your photo in the space provided on the card.

2. The Ski Passe-Partout or La Passe 5X card and ski tickets obtained with the card are non-transferable..

A cardholder may not use two Ski Passe-Partout or La Passe 5X cards in his or her name on the same day or for the same transaction.

Discounts:

3. Only one discount will be accepted per ski area per day.

4. The discount will be debited from your card by the ticket office attendant.

5. All discounts on the card comply with each center's rules.

6. The Ski Passe-Partout discounts are non-transferable and under no circumstances may the card be sold, given away or otherwise disposed of.

7. The discounts are valid only during the actual ski season.

8. The discounts apply on full day or full evening * ski tickets and allow the holder to use the ski lifts and have access to all unrestricted areas during the winter season.

9. The discounts cannot be combined with any other rebates or promotions.

If your card is rejected:

10. Despite our very best efforts to ensure the smooth operation of our transaction system and to train our ticketing personnel, failures and errors may still occur. If the system rejects your transaction, it is your responsibility to contact technical support at 1 855 444-1044 for validation purposes. This call is needed to verify the reasons the card was rejected and immediately correct the situation where applicable. Note that no compensation will be made for a rejected card if you do not make a service call to technical support and obtain a ticket number. If you make a service call and technical services determines the rejection of your card is not justified but is unable to correct the situation, you may submit a request for compensation with Customer Service at mysnowstore.com. You will have to enter the date, time and name of the ski centre along with the ticket number provided by technical support. The ASSQ will assess your request and contact you without delay. It may compensate you by adding a discount to your card or replacing your card. No financial compensation will be made.

11. The Ski Passe-Partout or La Passe 5X user acknowledges the inherent risks associated with skiing and the use of ski lifts and agrees to assume full responsibility for any injury whatsoever that he/she may sustain or cause to another person and agrees to release and/or indemnify the ski area in this regard in addition to releasing and exonerating the "Association des stations de ski du Québec".

12. In addition, the subscriber assumes full responsibility for any injury whatsoever resulting from any violation of the ski area rules and regulations, the Mountain Code of Conduct and the present terms and conditions and releases and exonerates the "Association des stations de ski du Québec" and the ski area for any injury related to such actions.

The "Association des stations de ski du Québec" (ASSQ) is not responsible for any center or centers that will not honour their rebates because of closings, strikes, acts of god or any other events out of their control.

If any error inadvertently appears in the information concerning rebates or ski areas, or if your interpretation of such information differs, the ASSQ version shall prevail.

The Ski Passe-Partout card is designed to promote downhill skiing in Quebec, and it may not be used for promotional activities or resold without written authorization from "Association des stations de ski du Québec".

The ASSQ reserves the right to confiscate or de-activate a Ski Passe-Partout card if the cardholder fails to comply with the terms and conditions specified herein.
